Payments
50% due at booking.
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
We accept all major credit cards.
We accept personal checks and Zelle.

Fees
$350 maid service 1x/wk for 2BR/2BA.
$250 maid service 1x/wk for 1BR/1BA.
There are no other fees.

Cancellations
100% refund if cancelled 60+ days prior to arrival. If you think plans may change we urge all guests to purchase travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds within 60 days of arrival.

Pets
Pets not allowed on the property due to severe allergies. We appreciate your understanding, no exceptions.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property or gardens but there are many outdoor courtyards nearby to use.
