POLICIES
Payments
50% due at booking. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
We accept all major credit cards (add 4% for processing).
We accept personal checks and Zelle (no processing fee).
Fees
$325 maid service once per week for the 2BR/2BA Cottage.
$225 maid service once per week for the 1BR/1BA Cottage.
There are no other fees.
Cancellations
100% refund if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
If you think plans may change we urge all guests to purchase travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds within 60 days of arrival.
Pets
Pets not allowed on the property due to severe allergies.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property or gardens but there are many outdoor courtyards nearby to use.
